The Fleurs de Soleil label is a nationally recognised French tourist accommodation label, run by a non-profit association (law of 1901) and ISO 9001 certified by AFNOR — unique in France in this category. It labels gîtes (3 to 5 stars) and B&Bs (3 to 5 flowers) meeting strict quality and hospitality criteria. Founded over 30 years ago, the network is France's 4th largest national network for charming accommodation.
The Fleurs de Soleil label offers several concrete benefits:
  • 71% tax allowance under micro-BIC for classified gîtes (vs 50% without labelling)
  • Your professional website with simple, comprehensive administration
  • Online booking engine with no commission on bookings

To obtain the Fleurs de Soleil gîte label, the process is simple and quick:
  1. Send your request via the contact form above
  2. A regional delegate arranges an approval visit to assess your property
  3. If your 3-star classified gîte is accepted, you join the national network and immediately benefit from all advantages
Annual membership is the only cost (no commission on bookings) and gives access to all free services included in the label.
To label your B&B, the process is simple and quick:
  1. Send your request via the contact form above
  2. A regional delegate arranges an approval visit to assess your property
  3. After registration and an approval visit, you may use the nationally recognised Fleurs de Soleil B&B label.
  4. You then get a dedicated page on the national portal, listing on several tourist portals, the PAP Vacances partnership and full association support services.
Annual membership is the only cost (no commission on bookings) and gives access to all free services included in the label.
Fleurs de Soleil has chosen to implement a quality management system compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Our scope of application specifically covers the approval of B&Bs and furnished tourist accommodation (gîtes) and support for our members. Fleurs de Soleil is the only French associative labelling body in this field to have obtained this certification.
A network of individuals: Our members are private individuals who open their homes, share their way of life and their knowledge of the local area.
The exclusivity of certification: What makes you uniquely strong in the French market is that an associative network of individuals has undertaken the rigorous step of certifying its management system and label award process to the international ISO 9001 standard. Unlike other large networks that rely on internal charters or the state Qualité Tourisme label (currently changing its name).
Owners of labelled classified furnished tourist gîtes benefit from a 71% micro-BIC tax allowance, vs only 50% for classified but unlabelled properties. This can mean hundreds to thousands of euros in savings depending on rental income. The Fleurs de Soleil label facilitates and strengthens your file for other tax schemes specific to tourist accommodation.
